How Projects Run
Every service follows the same simple flow:
- Intake form submitted
- Payment processed
- Work begins
- One round of revisions (if included)
- Final delivery via email or portal
Turnaround times vary by service and are listed on each product page.
Revisions
- Most services include 1 round of revisions
- This keeps projects quick and focused
- Extra revisions can be added as needed
Communication
- Due to high amount of calls currently Email or chat only (no phone calls unless a service specifically includes it)
- You’ll always get direct, clear updates
- No meetings required — we keep things efficient
Scope & Boundaries
Just so expectations are clear:
- No legal or tax advice
- No accounting
- No custom app development or coding
- No ongoing admin unless purchased
- No multi-brand or multi-business coverage for one service
- No refunds for digital downloads
Not meant to be strict — just clarity so everyone stays aligned and there’s no guesswork.
Deliverables & Ownership
Once the project is complete and paid for, all deliverables are yours.
Security
We only request the access needed to complete your project.
Logins are removed after delivery unless long-term support is purchased.
