RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Worksharks LLC, we provide digital products, downloadable resources, templates, guides, and educational content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or accessed.
Digital Products
Because digital products cannot be returned, copied, or revoked after delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital downloads, templates, workbooks, guides, courses, or other downloadable content unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
• The product delivered is substantially different from what was advertised.
Any refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Custom Services
Any consulting, virtual assistant, Shopify, CRM, marketing, administrative, or custom project services provided by Worksharks LLC are governed by the specific agreement, proposal, invoice, or contract associated with the project.
Deposits, milestone payments, and completed work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
